Start your morning at our Albuquerque inn with a spectacular breakfast!* Our locally-roasted special blend coffee is brewing at 7:00 a.m., or you can help yourself to a wide selection of flavorful teas. Breakfast begins with specialty juices and a generous dish of fresh fruits with a house-made sorbet. The main course may be something sweet and luscious, like our Blueberry French Toast Casserole, or a savory offering of Green Chile Quiche that melts in your mouth, with four cheeses and mild green chile. Our entrees are accompanied by a variety of breakfast sausage, ham or bacon and perhaps scones or biscuits. Some other favorites are Orange French Toast or Blue Corn Pancakes, a local specialty served with prickly pear syrup and toasted pine nuts.

Food allergies or dietary restrictions can be accommodated for breakfast with advance notice. Menus change daily, and made-to-order hot cereal is available as an option to the plated entrée. Just let us know how we can help you. Earlier breakfast options are available on request. Ask for our breakfast-to-go if you need to get on the road or catch an early morning flight. Continental breakfast can be arranged if you need to leave before our regular 8:30 breakfast time.

Choose a small table for two for a more intimate breakfast, or join others for lively conversation. Enjoy breakfast in the east courtyard in late spring into fall with the finches, hummingbirds, robins, and goldfinches!
