Have you discovered Restaurant Week?  It’s a chance to have a really great meal at restaurants all over the country at a reasonable price, and it lets the restaurants showcase how good they really are.  The menus are a set price and you get 3-4 courses, making a selection among several entree choices on a special menu.  If you can’t come to New Mexico, check out Restaurant Week in your area.
