Start your morning with a spectacular breakfast!  Fresh-roasted coffee is brewing at 7:00 a.m., or you can help yourself to a wide selection of flavorful teas.  Breakfast begins with juice, coffee or tea, and a lovely dish of fresh fruits.  The main course may be something sweet and luscious, like our Blueberry French Toast Casserole, or a savory offering of Green Chile Quiche that melts in your mouth, with four cheeses and mild green chile.  Our entrees are accompanied by a variety of breakfast sausage, ham or bacon and perhaps scones or biscuits. Some other favorites are Orange French Toast or Blue Corn Pancakes, a local specialty served with pure maple syrup and toasted pine nuts. 


With our perfect weather on most days from late spring through early fall, enjoy breakfast in the east courtyard with the hummingbirds, mourning doves, goldfinches and the occasional roadrunner!

Food allergies or dietary restrictions can be accommodated for breakfast.  Just let us know how we can help you. Earlier breakfast options are available on request.  Ask for our breakfast-to-go if you need to get on the road or catch an early morning flight.  Continental breakfast can be arranged if you need to leave before our regular 8:30 breakfast time. We are pleased to support local businesses by serving roasted coffee from Whiting Coffee Company and wonderful teas from New Mexico Tea Company.
