Charming and cozy, this small guest room in our Albuquerque, NM inn features two twin beds and windows facing the magnificent Sandia Mountains. The former sun porch is decorated in blue and white with touches of sunny yellow, complemented by terra cotta colored saltillo floor tiles.  A blue antique claw-foot tub is the focal point of the sizeable bathroom.

This sunny room is often used by two traveling companions sightseeing in Old Town and enjoying New Mexico's beauty.  While it is the least expensive room in our Albuquerque bed and breakfast, guests enjoy the same amenities, making it a great value with a great view!

Erna Fergusson was the granddaughter of Franz Huning, one of Albuquerque’s most prominent and influential families at the turn of the century.  Erna herself was a well-known author and historian and operated Koshare Tours, which provided transportation and tour guides to various Native American pueblos and events in the 1920’s.  You can read the short biography of Erna Fergusson in the room and see our favorite photograph of a Harvey Car tour group in front of the Alvarado Hotel in the 1920’s.
