Start your morning with the best breakfast in Albuquerque. Great coffee or tea, juice, and a lovely dish of seasonal fresh fruit will take the edge off your appetite. The main course may be something sweet and luscious, like our Blueberry French Toast Casserole, or a savory dish like Southwest Crustless Quiche that melts in your mouth, with four cheeses and mild green chile. Our entrees are accompanied by a variety of breakfast meats and sausages and perhaps scones or biscuits.
